About me
I’m a guide, mentor, and musician with a background in psychology, wilderness rites of passage, and contemplative practice.
I don’t believe people need to be fixed. I believe they need space, attention, and the right kind of challenge to remember who they are.
My role is to walk alongside you, ask good questions, reflect what I see, and help you author the next chapter of your life with more clarity and integrity.

Why I Guide
I believe each of us carries unique gifts to offer the world, yet many of us struggle to recognize and embody them. Fear, shame, self-doubt, and cultural pressures often pull us away from our bodies, our intuition, our sense of belonging, and our deeper purpose.
My work is shaped by a lived understanding of this disconnection. From an early age, I was deeply sensitive and perceptive, often finding myself in the role of listener and confidant. That same sensitivity also meant I absorbed a great deal of stress from my family and from the broader culture. Over time, I learned to numb myself, disconnecting from my emotions, my body, and my authentic expression in order to feel safe.
Creative expression became my first path back. Music, art and reflective journaling helped me begin to reconnect with feeling, freedom, and self-trust. As I grew older, I began to recognize how fear and shame had been limiting my participation in my own life and keeping my gifts from the world.
Sensing the absence of meaningful rites of passage and mature mentorship in modern culture, I followed an initiatory urge through extensive solo travel, creative practice, musical performance, formal education and therapy. After years of seeking self-initiation, I finally embarked on a 12-day wilderness rite of passage which confirmed my sense of purpose and ignited a calling to support others in the ways I needed as a younger person.
My approach as a guide and mentor is holistic and relational. I work at the edge between safety and challenge, helping people find their edges while remaining grounded and supported. I draw from psychology, mindfulness, eco-psychology, existential inquiry, and creative practices, always adapting the work to the individual in front of me.
At the heart of this work is a response to a broader cultural wound: widespread alienation from our bodies, our communities, the natural world, and a sense of purpose. Many of us are quietly hungry for belonging, emotional intimacy, meaningful ritual, and authentic connection. I aim to create spaces where these needs can be explored and met in healthy, life-affirming ways.
I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental presence, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you clarify what your life is asking of you. My commitment is to provide a safe container in which your voice can be heard, your experience respected, and your natural strengths brought forward.
